Lowered his lifetime best in the 200 IM at the America East Championship, clocking in at 1:57.47 to place 10th overall... Swam the third leg of the second-place 800-free relay team... Was a member of the fourth-place 200-free relay team and the fourth-place 400-relay team... Swam a lifetime best in the 200 IM (1:45.05) at the AE Championships to place seventh overall... Came in eighth in the 200 back.

Graduated from F.D. Roosevelt High School in 2006... Swam for coach Mike Townsend on Newburgh Sharks club team... As a prep, won the 2005 and 2006 sectional 9 title in the 200 IM at the New York State Public High School Championships... Two-time team captain... School record holder in the 200 Free, 200 Medley Relay, 200 IM, 100 Fly, 50 Free, 200 and 400 Free Relay... Six-time gold medalist at Empire State Games.
