AS A JUNIOR IN 2006-07

Indoor: At the Harvard Invitational, placed third in the 3000 meters with a time of 8:32.67... During BU's home opener on Jan. 17, placed first in the 1000 meters with at time of 2:25.29... During the Terrier Invitational on Jan. 26, set a new school and facility record by running the mile in 3:59.14, becoming the first Terrier to ever break four minutes... During the America East Indoor Championships, earned four first-place finishes, taking the 800 meters with a time of 1:49.58, setting a career best, winning the mile in 4:06.34, and was part of the 4x800-meter relay team (7:45.46) and the distance-medley team (9:54.59)... Proctor was named AE Track Performer of the Year for his efforts... Set another school record as part of the distance-medley team that finished in 9:43.21 at the Alex Wilson Invitational... Was the sole participant in the NCAA Indoor Championships for the mile, finishing in 4:04.13, missing the qualifying time by just four hundredths of a second.

AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2005-06

Indoor: Placed seventh in the 3000 meters at the Husky Invitational with a time of 8:52.92 ... Helped BU defeat rival BC with a first place finish in the mile (4:17.29) on Jan. 18, in BU's home opener... Tied a school record in the 1000-meter run during the Terrier Classic on Jan. 27, finishing third with a time of 2:22.46... Finished sixth (1:50.94) out of 148 runners in the 800 during the Valentine Meet on Feb. 11... Helped BU to a fourth-place finish in the America East Championships by taking the top spot in the 1000 with a time of 2:26.37... Also was a member of the 4x800 relay team that placed second (7:40.39)... Placed second in the 1000 meters (2:25.30) at the IC4A's on Feb. 5.

Outdoor: Was the sole Terrier to place in the St. Mac Invitational in Walnut, Calif., on April 14-16, finishing eighth in the 800 meters with a time of 1:53.31.

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2004-05

Was a member of the 4x400 relay team that placed second at the Husky Invitational (3:19.59)... Placed second in the 1000 at the Terrier Cup with a time of 2:25.83... At the BU Invitational, placed fourth in the 800 meters (1:50.71)... Finished fifth in the 800 (1:50.54) at the Valentines Meet... At the America East Indoor Championships, was a member of the first-place 4x800 team (7:38.31), and also claimed second place in the 800 (1:51.87)... A week later, placed second again in the 800 at the New England Championships with a time of 1:51.80... Finished fourth in the 800 at the IC4A Meet (1:52.65)... In the outdoor season opener (Tarheel Opener), placed second in the 1500 with a time of 4:03.63 and was also a member of the first-place 4x400 relay team (3:20.46)... At the Duke Invitational, finished tenth in the 800 (1:52.27)... At the America East Outdoor Championships, placed first in the 800 (1:53.31) and was also on the first-place 4x800 relay team (7:37.99) that broke a league record.

BEFORE BOSTON UNIVERSITY

Attended Hulme Grammar School Sixth Form... As a sophomore, qualified for National Championships in the 400 meters and placed third in 800 meters... Repeated his third-place performance in 2003 and was also an 800 meters finalist at National Indoor meet... Claimed National Indoor 800 championship as a senior, and during the outdoor season finished third in 800 and 4x100 at Nationals... Hulme won three league titles in his three years there... Also participated in soccer, swimming, rugby, field hockey and cross country.
