2004 "Terrier Award"

In 2004, the Boston University field hockey program has instituted the "Terrier Award". The award will be given after each game to the most deserving player chosen by the coaching staff.

  Coach Starr: "For determined defense. Lauren played a highly competitive game and made some key plays on defense that denied BC opportunities to mount a successful attack."

  Coach Starr: "For relentless back tackles and creating disruptive play. Sarah played a no-quit game on attack and on defense."

  Coach Starr: "For making a positional adjustment that enabled her to become a major playmaker, distributing the ball and setting up positive attacking situations."
