- Two-time first-team All-State honoree at Daniel Hand High School.
- Tallied 33 goals and 17 assists in her career.
- Served as team captain as a senior and earned team MVP honors while also claiming a spot on the All-League First Team after earning second-team honors in each of the previous two seasons.
- Member of the Tsunami club team.
- Participated in the National Futures Tournament in each of the past three years and was selected for the Premiere College Showcase twice, earning all-star honors in 2005.
- Played in both the Branford and Madison indoor leagues, earning MVP honors in Madison as a sophomore and helping her Branford team claim the championship as a freshman.
- Also was a three-year letter winner in lacrosse.
- Black belt in Tae Kwon Do.
