Women's Golf Places Second at Hawk Invitational
March 31, 2008 LAKEWOOD, N.J. - The Boston University golf team finished in second place out of a field of five teams at the Hawk Invitational over the weekend. The team carded a 687, led by Allison Hamilton, who finished in fifth overall. The Terriers will return to action on April 12 in the Mount St. Mary's Spring Invite. Hamilton (83-82--165) finished fifth in the 29-player field, and she was followed by Ana Johnson in eighth (81-83--169). Rounding out the field for the Terriers were Kaitlyn Mardeusz (T-10th, 93-81--174), Dana DeStefano (T-15th, 91-89--180) and Lauren Stong (18th, 95-88--183). The Mount St. Mary's Spring Invite will begin on Saturday, April 12 and conclude on Monday, April 14.
