2006 HIGHLIGHTS (Sophomore): Played in 19-of-21 games during the season... Tallied eight shots during the season, four of which were on goal... Had two shots versus UMBC and Boston College. 2005 HIGHLIGHTS (Freshman): Played in 17 games, all off the bench as a true freshman... Saw action in both NCAA Tournament games... Recorded one goal, a game winner against Baylor (9/11), in Terriers' 2-0 victory... Took a total of six shots, including a season-high two versus Baylor. HIGH SCHOOL (Oceanside): Played four years as both a forward and midfielder... Led the team in scoring and assists in 2002 and 2004... Senior year, captained the team, was its MVP, and earned All-County honors... Played New York State ODP soccer from 1999-05... In 2004, the Rockville Center Hotshots Club team won the Surf Club title as well as the Orange Classic, while in 2003, the club captured Oceanside Express State Cup championship... Also excelled in gymnastics and track... In gymnastics, was All-County and a New York State qualifier... In track, earned All-County honors... Academically, was on the school honor roll all four years and earned honors in social studies, English and science. PERSONAL: Born on Jan. 5, 1987... Daughter of Paul and Lori Herman... Enrolled in the University's Sargent College as a Speech, Language and Hearing Science Major.
